KSP works with organisations whose expertise, reach or capability complements its own — so that a programme can be designed, accredited or delivered better than either institution could manage alone.
A partnership is not a logo on a page. It is a working relationship with a purpose, a shape and something it produces. KSP lists a partnership only once that is true of it.
A partnership has to add capability, not credibility.
KSP does not collect relationships. It enters them when another organisation can do something the work needs and KSP cannot do as well — and when what results stays with the institutions it was built for.
In practice that means looking for complementary expertise rather than overlapping expertise; for international standards that still have to work in a Pakistani department, school or examination hall; and for delivery that leaves capability behind rather than ending when the engagement does. Where none of that is true, a partnership is decoration, and KSP would rather do the work itself.
This is how KSP describes its own practice; it is not a published policy or an approval framework.

KSP is open to institutional relationships where complementary expertise can produce stronger research, programmes, implementation or capacity. If that describes what your organisation brings, start with the problem rather than the arrangement.
